The Chains and Wovens

Alongside The Tools in response to the Warp Twister, Fox created Chains and Woven Forms. The Chains are actually warps that have been made and then hand chained, they then would be taken to dress the loom. However Fox has left them in there chained state to link back to the process of making a warp and the Warp Twister. The Chain represents the repetitive tasks and movements the mill workers would have made, as well as being a thinking object for our collective textile heritage and memory.
